Standard shipping is free with every order, but expedited and/or international shipping is available at an extra charge. There is a 1-2 day handling time added to all shipping estimates.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound or ounce, depending. This weight-based policy only applies if you don't take advantage of our free standard shipping.
We use the USPS to ship, and as such, your orders may not go out on weekends, and definitely will not ship on Sundays.

You may not return clearance items, leggings, tights, bootwarmers, undergarments, swimwear, bras, camis and hosiery for hygienic reasons. They are FINAL SALE.
You may return regular-priced items you used a coupon to purchase unless the coupon was marked as "final sale."
The buyer is required to ensure the return or exchange is correctly returned through the website and arrives at 3259 Tabby Drive Clarksville, TN 37042 within the 14 days of your purchase delivery. You will then be able to exchange your merchandise or receive a store credit. You will not receive a refund.***

If we have not received your return within 14 days from your purchase date then it will be rejected. If you send your return back to us prior to your return being authorized and then it is rejected, you will be charged for shipping the item back to you.

(2) The reason for your return, including photos if there are defects or damages, your order number, your name and your mailing address.
(3) WAIT until you receive your return authorization email before you ship. Print the return authorization email and include it in the return package.
(4) We will notify you via email of issuance of your store credit once we've received and processed the returned item. This may take up to 15 days from the date you mail your return item.
(5) If you return an item and you have not gone through the return authorization process (we have not sent you a return authorization email or return label), your return WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
(6) If you return an item and that item is damaged and you did not tell us that prior to shipment and within 48 hours of tracked receipt, we will send the item back at your cost. Every return is inspected upon receipt.
(7) We will inspect the item and when your return is approved, we will credit you the cost for the return (as listed on the package) as well as your original purchase amount MINUS ANY COUPON CODES USED and shipping fees (if they apply) in the form of store credit.

To simplify and expedite the processing of you receiving the item you want, we recommend that you promptly return the item you do not want and then visit the Swank Avenue website to purchase the item in the alternate size/color you need immediately so that it does not sell out before you receive what you need or want.
When we receive of your shipment we will credit your store account for the amount of your original purchase minus shipping if you choose to expedite shipping.
